These terms apply when you play StuntFlip at stuntflip.com ("the game"). The game is run by the StuntFlip team ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. The game

StuntFlip is a free-to-play skill game. It is not a real-money game: there are no entry fees, bets, wagers, cash prizes or withdrawals of any kind. Outcomes depend only on how you ride.

2. Accounts

You can play without an account. Signing in with Google lets you save progress across devices and post times to the leaderboards. Your first name from Google is shown publicly as your rider name. Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Bolts and items

Bolts are earned only by playing. They are never sold for money, have no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, traded or exchanged outside the game.
Bolts and paid items are cosmetic only: they never change speed, physics, scores or leaderboard results.
What you get is a personal, non-transferable licence to use the items in the game, not ownership of them.
There are no random or chance-based paid rewards. Every price and every item in a set is shown before you buy.

4. Purchases

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Every purchase is a one-time payment; there are no subscriptions.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
Items are delivered to your game as soon as the payment is confirmed (see the Delivery policy).
Refunds follow our Refund & cancellation policy.
If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to make a purchase.

5. Fair play

Don't cheat: no hacks, bots, modified clients, automated input or exploiting bugs. Leaderboard times are checked by replaying them; we may remove times, rider names or accounts that break these rules or are offensive.

6. Changes and availability

We may update, add or remove levels, features and items, and may change these terms. The game is provided "as is"; we work to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. If we ever shut the game down, we will give reasonable notice on this site.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to the game is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
